HIPNOTICS are an 8 piece RnB Soul band featuring Kiwi singing sensation LaDean who recently returned from Australia where she has been touring full time in a Gospel Show Band for the past 12 years.
Hipnotics also feature from the Hootenannies; Jeanette (saxophone), Helen (trumpet), and Sonya (trombone). On bass is one of NZ’s most celebrated musical exports, Simon Koperu, who too has recently returned to NZ after a dynamic career as one of Japan’s leading bass players, performing on countless sessions and recordings and with a host of International stars. David Greer plays guitar and also sings. On drums is 21 year old new kid on the block, drummer Baileigh Sparks, and the band is rounded off by its Musical Director, Caleb Brbich (keyboards).
