GUITAR & VOCALS - TREVOR NEEDHAM
As with many artists, Trevor began his musical ascent from the roots of his local country music club. He began performing in a Solo music act in the early 90’s and in 1998, as a duo, successfully auditioned for "Showcase", a Sunday night TV1 series.
In later times Trevor played solo as the market seemed to support smaller sequenced acts rather than the bigger and more expensive ones. Today, Trevor is immensely popular at the Tauranga Citizens Club and has a regular fan base of happy clients. Trevor plays hit music, derived from Sinatra, Michael Buble, Sam Cooke to more of the contemporary and legendary rock entertainers of today and past greats. In addition to his Solo act, Trevor joined with Jannine to form BLAZE in 2007.

VOCALS – JANNINE DOUGLAS
Along the same lines, Jannine began singing in her local country music club and her strong vocals and talent were identified and was selected to appear with Patsy Rigger who was touring at the time. Further on, Jannine was successful at various talent quests but pursued Tertiary Education and a career in Business Management. Newly back in the music forum, Jannine’s performance in BLAZE demonstrates strong vocal power and harmonic versatility that has gained praise and respect from Clients and Event Management.

Having a Party- Rod Stewart

Hi Robyn,
We had a wonderful evening and this was also in part to the band. Blaze were terrific and had people up on the dance floor from the first song. They took the time to discuss before the event what type of music we wanted and truly delivered. I would book them again and would reccommend them to anyone.
Thanks
Vivian Keightley
