Andrew Healey
Andrew Healey is an Auckland-based singer and acoustic guitarist. He draws from a broad repertoire of songs to suit weddings, corporate functions, private parties, restaurants and bars. Whether you require an intimate night of background music, or want to sing and dance, Andrew can oblige.
Over the past 14 years, Andrew has performed at countless pubs, restaurants, weddings and private functions. In 2009, he was the resident musician on board the replica paddle steamer, The Waipa Delta, strumming and singing to passengers four nights a week.
Andrew’s music is real — just voice and guitar with no backing tracks. An accomplished songwriter, he contributed a song for the 2006 compilation album, On the Horizon—Songwriters’ Collection and in 2008 appeared on Summer Fusion — an album produced to raise money for ‘The Auckland Kidney Society’. Andrew has released 2 CDs of his own original material: Urban Songs (2006) and Today is a Beautiful Day (2009). Tracks from both CDs received radio airplay, and Andrew’s song Little King was a semi-finalist in the 2008 ‘UK Song writing Competition’.
So, if you require a musician to make your occasion something special, give Andrew a call to discuss your requirements.

Ideal for smaller party, restaurant, wedding dinner, small corporate function

Dear Robyn
Both Jason and Andrew we professional, timely and a pleasure to work alongside.
They both took the lead after just one of the six ceremonies which was brilliant, as they came in and did their performances with little and no overseeing needed which is immensely helpful when staff have to be in several different places at once.
Thank you for touching base and we would happily book both these artists again if the brief required similar services.
Kind regards

Hi there Robyn,
Sorry for late reply - thank you for your request for feedback. We thoroughly enjoyed Andrew's performance at my husband's 40th birthday. His music was just the sound we were after, so as budding acoustic fans we really appreciated his professionalism and how he catered to our requests (as well as those of our guests). Andrew was more than happy to join in with a song my husband's friends had written and played for him, as well as letting another guest join into one of his favorite songs!
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew's performance or Pete McGregor Entertainment - we have had such a great experience.
Thank you and Andrew for making our night so memorable.
All the very best,
Nikki Mackay

Hi Robyn
Andrew Healey did a great job and all went well, thank you very much.
Kind regards

Congratulations on presenting such an adaptable and talented musician as you did with Andrew Healey. He was very easy to discuss choices of music with and also went to the trouble of preparing an old Crosby, Stills and Nash number for us Please pass on our most sincere thanks, Rosemary and Frank Baird
All went well. Thanks. Andrew and Beki were fab.
Thanks
