Four on the Floor are a 5 piece covers band who have been playing together now for 30 years with only small changes to the line up.

3 lead vocal but they all harmonise, 2 guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, sax, harp, percussion. Four on the Floor's vocals set them apart from other bands.

Their initial bread and butter gigs were pub gigs and they are rapt to say they’ve played the Gluepots, Station Hotel, Globe type gigs in the 80s as well as every pub, certainly in West Auckland.

Along the way they’ve had residencies in the likes of the Albion, Potters Wheel (Flying Jug), Westward Ho and Penninsula.

They then found their niche playing private corporate and work functions, 21sts and other birthday celebrations, weddings, school balls, festivals such as Devonport Wine and Food Festival and Matua and Nobilo Winery Tours, sports clubs galore, biker clubs to canoe clubs.

Four on the Floor consider themselves a dance / party band although they have played many quieter gigs as background music, dinner and awards music or daytime events.

Ideal for: dance party music for corporate function, private party, wedding, festival, club event
