Helen Riley is a well known full time professional singer / entertainer throughout New Zealand.
With 30 years in the music business she knows what it takes to entertain and hold an audience.

Helen has been involved in the entertainment business since the age of 13 when she was asked to play bass and do the lead vocals in a dance / show band called in Hamilton called MISTY. Every Friday and Saturday night was spent playing for dances, clubs, weddings, private functions etc.

At the age of 15 she started travelling the length and breadth of NZ with her own show band touring with the likes of Patsy Riggir, Suzanne Prentice, Maria Dallas and John Hore.

Back in 1990 Helen decided to follow a solo path, changing her format to the still current and highly successful ONE WOMAN ENTERTAINER formula.

With full 16 track backing & playing keyboards and over 1500 songs in her diverse repertoire, Helen can provide an evening of music entertainment for all ages and events.

Helen’s strong vocal style covers all music genre’s from the crooner standards of the 40’s & 50’s to the pop hits of the 60’s & 70’s. through to the present day artists such as Boyzone, Shania Twain, Tina Turner, Billy Joel, The Eagles, Michael Buble and Elton John just to name a few.
