5 O'Clock Shadow
The Bay of Plenty’s premier party cover’s band- consistently the best choice for events where a top band is paramount.
Tauranga City Council’s choice for five years running to entertain the 30,000 strong all-age crowds at the Mt Maunganui new years eve beach festival, something any band would aspire to and be proud of.
Their superb choice of material, whether it’s classic Eagles or Credence Clearwater or a latest radio hit, always has two main ingredients- the words are great to sing along to and the beat gets you dancing!
Festival favourites in the Bay, they have worked their way to headlining the 2011 Tauranga Wine and Food Festival after three years and also the Katikati Avocado Wine and Food Fest. They have even been to the Chatham Islands to headline their festival twice!
The promoters of these events re-book them due to their courteous attitude, smart appearance and most important, the ability to really entertain a crowd and ensure a fun time for everyone present, no matter what age.
Make your event as good as it can be…..hire Five O’clock Shadow!

4 piece option:
Led by highly experienced musician/frontman Eugene O’Reilly on lead guitar and vocals, the full line-up also includes Jordan Davison on vocals/guitar, Chris Duff on bass/vocals and Nick Ririnui on drums. They put a large emphasis on high quality vocals that are clear and with amazing harmonies.
Trio option:
Weddings are a specialty especially as a three piece option using pre-recorded drums to enable a smaller setup area and easy control of sound and volume. The top wedding package also involves a popular “jazzy” acoustic set often during canapés or dinner and DJ playing great dancing tunes in the band breaks to keep the music continuous
(numerous references are available from satisfied wedding parties who have used this package)
Duo option:
Eugene and Jordan also offer a fantastic duo option which is great if the budget or space will not allow a full band.
Whatever option you choose, Five O’clock Shadow will provide you with the best entertainment available for your corporate function, wedding, festival, birthday or hotel. The band travels NZ wide. |
